Desiccant

Description

The guarantee of high performance packaging requires the use of a precise number of bags of Desiccant (regulated by the standard DIN 55474) in a hermetically sealed bag.

The joint use of these products allows the creation of an environment with controlled relative humidity, guaranteeing the maintenance of the properties/quality of the packaged goods and protecting them from oxidative phenomena, mold and other changes.

Desiccant bags are designed to absorb water vapor present in the air when the package is closed and those that penetrate through the coupled barrier (especially for long-life packages).

WPC Desiccant bags are produced in accordance with MIL D 3464 E - NF H 0032 regulations.

Sizes range from envelopes to large bags. Formats are expressed in D.U. - dehydration units.
